Are we missing the big picture here with the Chester deal? Why isn't there a NR posted by EXS on SW or the EXS www. It seems to me that when a company sells or proposes to sell an asset that bit of news needs to be released in a NR for the benefit of the shareholders. In this case the only NR released was from ZGG....WHAT'S GOING ON HERE??? Why didn't EXS release the NR or post the offering on its www? Anyone understand the point I'm making?????
