It says it will be resolved, meaning the accounting problems. There is NO mention of amending the 10k. People can assume anything they want to believe, the truth is the 10k is filed with $840k revenue, and that will never change.

Investors can hope all they want, but there will be NO amended 10k, call and ask the company, as I already have done.
