They didn't "cancel preferred shares" they CONVERTED them. Ask Mr. Transparent just HOW MANY preferred shares there are and the conversion rate. Then be prepared to be BLOCKED on his FB page and not receive an answer.

Facts are those conversion numbers on SHAMS like this are MASSIVE to say the least. Evidently....they had to RAISE the AS by SIX BILLION SHARES just to convert.

They aren't retiring ANYTHING,those shares like all others will be DUMPED ASAP. Ask these FRAUDS to update the share count from over a YEAR ago (OS hasn't been updated in 1.5 YEARS) and tell them you want updated numbers every three months so you can monitor how many are being sold off.
