That's absurd! You can't run a business like this one without an accountant. And lets not forget: there wasn't even a trust account in which to deposit the funds. It all went into an account controlled by Basu alone through her company Alta Vista.

You don't just "not realize" that you don't have an accountant anymore. As for what really happened, we haven't heard his side of it.

Yes, Grewal was a director, and also the company's biggest client, which is probably why he was a director.
