transaction dated June 8, 2012. ::::

If DFI was acquired by TMMI on June 8, 2012, it means DFI was never merged with DFMI, and no wonder Dimension can not provide any legal documentation to prove that DFI and DFMI was merged

Tom Simpson did not do anything wrong to return the codec to TMMI


So, in my opinion, This case is over, and Larry may face legal suit by the 29 investors of DFI
