Long we are fine - when a company is in it's growth stage it need to pay for its operation somehow, aka stock. Chances are tomorrow shares are coming off restriction, which had to happen eventually.

Long term we have 3 potentially solid revenue streams:
1) Venturian
2) Mind360
3) DrLarry

Social420 is a possibility as well but frankly it's growing slow - 128 members as of Saturday, 133 members now. Now it really hasn't seen big promotion yet and is too early to tell but I don't see heavy revenue there yet.
