Lol! Oops! my bad, meant May 1st, not the 31st...so sharp of you to have caught that and thanks for pointing that out. The link is easy enough to find...if you want you can post it. I agree 100% in that there is no, or should not be, any doomsday scenario regarding the YA agreement:) But how do you know that SVFC's 'legal defense is ignorance' and that 'they dismissed the conditions because they didn't like them'?

You can't just take the money from YA Global without agreeing to the conditions and then dismiss them because you don't like them. It's illogical to dismiss any part of a contractual obligation agreed to by the company for any reason. Ignorance of the rules or law governing these agreements is not a valid legal defense.
