IMO, you are 100% correct on the first part of your post, but things changed from this statement date: sept 18, 2012, I'm sure JR put some of these 2012 plans into play, some were tried, but failed and different avenues of approach had to be established to accomplish the goal. KMAG trades on a USA exchange, so Canada has nothing to do with stopping KMAG from filing. This puzzle is becoming very clear for me to see, I just don't get why certain people can't figure this out.

so you are saying that he iis saying that he cant tweet that kmag has x in revenues for last year because the government wont allow it?--which government?--the canadian or the american?--so you are saying he would if he could but he cant so he wont--but he is working on it.
