They stated this issue is to resolved in the second quarter.

And maybe they will resolve some issues in the second Q, and maybe they'll be able to claim some revenue in the first Q of 2014, but 2013 is over.

The curtain has come down, the fat lady has sung and the last one out has shut off the lights, no significant changes can be made to the 10K, it's etched in stone.
