You wonder who still wants to do business with CSM.

Actually they just said: We don't exactly know what is going on in our company. We know nothing, we are from Barcelona.

Figure Bungler is correct n saying they hide behind text-book defence. Deny everything cost them nothing more if the Judge rules against them and they don't risk in making it worse.

Wonder if this type of defence is inspired by an Insurance company or a pre-cursor to settlement.
