I have a neighbor who is connected down there. He says that congress passed a law putting the fed lands into the hands of the states in 1970.......it was done everywhere but UT and NV..........which is part of the problem here, and evidently why Bundys are claiming that the state has the land not the Fed.......

I haven't had time to research, but, if someone does, I would love to have more details......
