The problem is we don't know how many shares it will take for it to "pop". We're clueless as to how many shares Dom & Albion have issued. If Falso remains true to his habits, he's issued preferred shares (with voting rights) to either himself, other insiders, and/or a buddy (or their daughter).

No matter how many shares, it won't matter what shareholders want. Falso & crew will have the preferred with majority voting rights, guaranteeing them control.
