How did this stock price go from where it was to where it is now? The article I am reading YA could buy for .15 cents to .10 in 2006, in all they were allowed to buy at .04, quite a favorable discount. Just a little later they made an adjustment to .02, and .015. They are also in big time default than it is June 11, 2007 they file that letter with the SEC, page 19 of 50 pages.

Now it is at .0005 quite a significant drop folks over how many years. :(
