The SEC as to the final check and balance as to if all this stock splitting is on the up and up? Can the Preferred C block take away the voting rights of the common shareholder. Where did this Preferred C Stock come from, was it bought by them or "AWARDED" to them? I can't find any links for the "PURCHASE" of Preferred C securities?
