if adams has been shown a roadmap to how WGAS will become a huge rollup, he has a major incentive to offer his own assets at an extreme discount. why? because he knows his WGAS stock will soon be worth far more than ADR's oil leases and IP combined. 
the KEY here is DEBT HOLDERS are building the company -- for the benefit of anyone who owns a nice chunk of stock. i love being on the same side of the trade as adams and all the whales... lol
they can shake it -- AND I'LL BUY MORE.
