NYSE and NASDAQ has nothing to do with this. GACR is uplisting to NYSE Mkt (AMEX). The requirements are different. Seeing as you've stated that you own restricted shares in the past, it would be in your best interest to see GACR uplisted to get away from the Penniland manipulators and see real appreciation.
A reverse split has absolutely no negative impact on the shareholders as long as GAC delivers on the forecasts. Don't confuse a delisting reverse split with an uplisting reverse split. Apples and oranges like you said. The monkey darts are going to strike bullseyes when this happens.
