I assumed at the time that he had to do this as part of the arbitration agreement i.e., he had to divest enough shares to get him below the 10% BOD voting rights threshold. Is that correct?

If LQMT was to win the arbitration against Visser…what would that look like?

Is there absolutely no possibility of this?
