Pfizer bought out W&E to end up with a small part of an unsuccessful AD drug, to which ILNS owns a small portion, and to which Pfizer has no intention of paying under the law.

Meanwhile, the actual force behind this stock, David Blech, sits in a cosy prison cell at Club-Fed for artificially pumping up the value of this dormant company with no employees, BOD or even CEO.
