These 29 investors were fooled. First , they started DFMI under the name of issuing stocks, as a result the 29 investors tender their shares and their 6MM TMM shares were sold to the market , and later Larry foreclosed DFMI , seized everything , including the shares of the 29 investors which turned into toilet papers. So to look at this in another way, The 29 investors tender their valuable TMM shares to DFMI , in exchanged for toilet shares which was seized later by Larry, and that is a set up with bad intension , in my own opinion . So, there will be a case between Larry and the 29 investors
