I am only using the SEC reports that they are making public for all to see. You can tell me that the demise in the stock price over all these years is a justifiable event. I want to ask the governing bodies a couple of questions aren't we as shareholders entitled to that info seeing the BOD'S won't tell us? Who is the Preferred C shareholders and how did they get those shares to vote, and they supersede all the common shareholders? I am not trying to slander in any way just can't believe this has all gone on and no one is accountable? The good Dr. bought at .03 cents a share and now it is at .0005 with over 250 million in debt can this be explained rationally?
