I think Larry PANIK also commit another crime in this case. First, as the investor of DFMI, he foreclosed DFMI and seized all its property, including ISI's license and technology with bad intention ( I do not know if DFMI default the loan on purpose so that Larry Panik can foreclosed the company and seized all DFMI's property) , and later used the seized properties from DFMI and start his own companies called Dimension to benefit himself, there is a problem of conflict of interest
