I have doubt OMEX would sell to them.

It has been suggested that some who are short OMEX, have also bot in the other direction and wish to create a short squeeze they can go long on for profit.

Estimates have been made that OMEX could get $35-90 million off pending wreck recovery, while keeping its crew and equipment operating. Other OMEX projects for 2014-2015 offer more potential $millions. I expect some news in next 2-6 months could take investors over $3.00 (but no guarantee that will come off).
Lets see how it plays out . . . 'we is richer' . . . 'we is poorer'.

Probability is (for me) indicating over 60%+ = 'we is richer'.
