FRTD is not as of yet.

Great. Hopefully someone reading the board tonight can learn something about 8K's and non reporting companies.

Pink sheet stocks don't file an 8K unless they are reporting companies

If FRTD wants to be considered a real company, especially with all these millions of dollars of revenue they claim is on the horizon, they might consider filing and being audited. ( :
