My comment: The question is did DFMI have legal documentation signed , notarized to prove the merger ? If not , then just based on the verbal testimony of the president can not prove the company has ever merged . Otherwise , any companies can steal the IP of other companies and later verbally claimed that the companies have merged

Did he destroy at least some of the documentation afterwards? Who knows. Does it matter. No. Did DFI ever actually own the license? No.

Ans : What is the intension that Simpson will destroy the documentation ? This can not be a legal statement to prove anything. The fact if DFI and DFMI should have the legal documentation if they really merged, you can not just say that the documentation is destroyed . Otherwise, any company can illegally transfer IP from other companies and later claimed that the two companies have merged but the documentation was destroyed .


So, my question is still was DFI and DFMI ever merged legally with legal documentation and signed , and did DFI ever assign its properties to DFMI legally ? Do not tell me the documentation all got lost, just answer yes or no, merged or not merged, DFI assigned its property legally to DFMI, yes or no. Please do not flip flope. Thanks
