Yes it seems there is a handful of people on this board that are allowing this company to get a pass because it is a penny stock. This BOD'S must be held accountable like any real company should be. As a group we are exploring different angles to make sure there is justice for the way the shareholders have been screwed over the years. I think it can be done by using the govt agencies that oversee the corporations bylaws. We can talk to people at the Secretary of State of Delaware, and the SEC to make sure things are being done legally and correctly. One can only guess the DELAY in this last upcoming r/s must have brought up some red flags hopefully. IF YA owes us money than lets have them pay us! If there is jail time than lets send some crooks there also.
