Wasn't that proposed share exchange agreement supposed to close on Feb 28th? Didn't a shareholder give the company opportunities and ample time to clarify some concerns regarding the proposed share exchange agreement? I thought the lawsuit was filed Feb 27th, I believe one day before the proposed deal was supposed to close. I assume you can guess why.


I'm not sure I recall the company asking shareholders for input.


Just my opinion.
