Yes you better believe it! If Wialan didn't have these patents and could be easily copied then i'm sure that HUGHES NET wouldn't be having Wialan as a partner. They have mentioned a few months back they are working on three additional patents as well. Rumors has it that IBM is currently involved with some pending deals too. But you know how rumors go.
