The following is all I can dig up through a Google search on Brian:

Since April 2001, Mr. Nichols has been the President, Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors. For the past 32 years, Mr. Nichols has been a self-employed producer and marketer of a live entertainment show and circus which plays in over in 260 cities annually in Canada and the United States.

It's easy, as has been done in the past, to comment negatively on Brian's past 32 years of self-employment in the entertainment and circus field. but I would guess that certain marketing and promotion skills might very well be transferable to the FASC situation. The statement says that his show played in over 260 cities. This type of marketing and promotion certainly took some skills--to keep this going for 32 years.
