Just like H2O(water) , H2O2(hydrogen peroxide), OH(no not the state, any alcohol ends in OH, one molecule of oxygen, one molecule of hydrogen)

Energy can not be created, it only changes form.

Potential Energy can be changed into Kinetic Energy.

Potential is the non-working energy
Kinetic is the working energy.
