Here is an interesting example of a company (Goodrich) that was awarded a military contract for engine components thet were part of a engine made by another company (Honeywell).

As I read it, Military contracted and paid Goodrich to supply the engine manufacturer with the components to incorporate into the engine prior to delivery to the military.

We will find out soon enough, but this seems to ba a good look at a template for how it may go. Or not.. I don't know.
