Peter personally guaranteed quang's debt. I agree with you, company has nothing and is nothing but a legal empty shell..

The trial will determine the merits of the case. I personally am sure of the outcome.

In regards to counter suits. If I were Kerry Peter and Jason I would be very worried about what defamation and libellous comments they posted / allowed to be posted on the official web site and forum.


This is not going away. Sazant is not going away. Judgement liens already registered are not going away. Unpaid wages and consultant fees are not going away. Investigations are not going away.
