Is it really necessary to explain this 20 times? You are going to have to go way back to get that explanation. Filings do not tell the whole story. This is going to be one case were watchdog groups/people that reported this to the SEC, really hurt the shareholders. I don't think it should happen any differently than it did....but had things been left alone, then this(as an exception) would have done just fine.
