Not even worried about the pps at this point. Company recognition will grow, revenue will grow and profit will grow when the ad campaign begins along with the call centers running. I am not to concerned about the share structure. Once SG is completely out of debt this year which is about 3 million, I firmly believe he will begin a share buyback program. No reason for a reverse split if the company is generating a lot of cash, cutting debt, and still profitable. The business model destroys <ANGI>`s list and YELP, both local search engines that aren't profitable yet trade in dollar land. IMO, SEEK is the best long play of the year. SG will buyout the company before reverse splitting. If you can't hold till the end of the year, this stock is not for you!! 1 year hold minimum and will be .10 cents by year`s end
