It is important for readers to differentiate the types of SEC Suspensions.

#1: Non-filers can be suspended under questions about adequacy and accuracy. The SEC may or may not litigate against non-filers insomuch as the SEC website warns against ALL non-reporting / non-SEC Filing companies. Most non-filers just rot away on the Grey Sheets until the stock no longer trades and then FINRA deletes the trading symbol for inactivity.

#2: SEC Filers can be suspended for being very delinquent in filing Financials. Over 1025 registrations have been revoked over the last 4+ years for Financials delinquencies.

#3. When SEC Filers like PHOT are suspended for questions about adequacy and accuracy it is likely that the questions are about SEC Filings as well as news releases. If any company principals sold any shares on inadequate and / or inaccurate information in SEC Filings it is assured the SEC will litigate against the company and its principals and will pursue the maximum judgements of disgorgement and fines. It is likely that the DOJ / FBI could be involved for criminal prosecutions as well. Should the SEC pursue Growlife and its principals for Securities Violations the punitive fines and disgorgements would not leave much (or any) money left for class action lawsuits.

Growlife / PHOT / and its principals are in serious trouble, and it is NOT relevant that the company may have legitimate operations if Securities Violations occurred that will supercede all other factors.
