You only have to look at the actions of the company to see who is corrupt here. No legit exploration company would issue 10 billion shares. No legit exploration company would set up a dozen creditor companies the way Lumb has. No legit exploration company would "pay" $10 million to rent (not own) four dubious lode claims and a bunch of placer claims. No legit exploration company would use the services of a geologist like Parkinson, given his history. The list of things a legit exploration company wouldn't do goes on and on.

The bottom line is that GNCP is not a legit exploration company. They are set up specifically as an insider dilution scheme and I think that most everybody on this board knows that.

And yes, you are right, it has very little to do with gold. They might as well be promoting widgets, or MMJ, or algae drinks, or zippers, or whatever else is hot at the moment.
