Peter

I am in receipt of another strange e-mail from David Turner. As a read the document attachment, it became obvious that we might have to take legal action against him. To that end, we need to notify the law firm of Conrad and Scherer, of this possibility, so as to put them on notice so that they can avoid any possible conflict of interest situations. I know that he was trying to get them to look at a possible lawsuit, for his daughter, on an issue unrelated to PVE. Just the same, I think we should appraise them of the situation surrounding his dismissal from PVE.

Texas Case
Postby Kerry » Fri Apr 18, 2014 3:11 pm

I am sorry that I cannot offer any response regarding the A/S increase right now.

That said, however, we won in Texas today. The case goes to trial. The Judge will be setting a date and the site should be updated with said date in the forth coming days.

Happy Easter, everyone

Thank you. And I am not one to boast but our counsel advised me that it was our Motion and the timeliness of the filing after the default judgment was rendered that did it for us. smile

But, what do I know? I am a wannabe shill that files perfunctory Motions on behalf of PV (according to Cassandra).
