Have you seen Lisenby spew his alleged plans (Bioharp, land development) to potential investors before with those plans tuning out to be colossal failures.

Has anyone seen the bank account of the chiropractor to verify that he has 50 million dollars?

Has anyone seen the specific timelines, in the March 2013 PRs, that identified specific dates for alleged accomplishments (i.e., land funding, land closing), that turned out to be complete BS.

Has anyone seen the Bioharp that Lisenby stated the company acquired in the 10/4/10. Oh - that's right - the company didn't acquire the Bioharp - that was complete BS

Anyone who did their DD would see this constant pattern of BS and failures and know there is a major problem.

Finally, if this stock is so wonderful, it won't matter what criticism is leveled at the company. It will go up or down on its own merits or lack of merits.
