That statement would seem to diverge from my understanding of reality. Assuming a 'short' didn't cover at 1 on the 1st or 2nd day after the suspension when literally 10s of millions of shares traded at 1, you're saying instead of selling at 2,3 or 4 which would still be 300% profit AT A MINIMUM they are holding out for 1s, because 300% isn't enough. LOL. IMO.
