It doesn't matter whose plan it is. Potential investors only want to see accomplishments/results. Where exactly is the money coming from to fund these alleged trials? Is it from a different chiropractor with 50 million dollars. Or, perhaps it's from a optician with 30 million dollars lying around? Oh - why do these little questions about funding have to keep coming up? Why? Because this is how things work in the world of reality. Things cost money and the chiropractor fairy isn't going to drop 50 million dollars onto Lisenby's doorstep. This company couldn't even hang onto a radio station.

Also, what exactly has the company produced in 4+ years that would give potential investors a shred of confidence that this company could accomplish the alleged massive undertaking of bringing a drug to the marketplace? The confidence couldn't be coming from the zero products or services that the company offers.
