If they sold shares to the market to raise enough cash to pay them, this share total would be much higher and the current pps much lower.

Should they not be paid or compensated? For a few years the pps hung around .05 without any real or ready product. The products are here now and they need to sell a "lot" of something over the next year and a half, or whenever that court case ends. If not, then they can have all the shares including mine.
