How are you drawing a conclusion that GDSM has anything whatsoever to do with this acquisition co?
It is not mentioned anywhere in the document.
Mike Shea's name is on the document as the owner, not GDSM...
Just saying that it certainly does not appear as if this is a deal for GDSM (or any other company) as much as it is a deal for Mike Shea.
