Looks like they have some more room in the A/S , last known o/s is 350 million in february, I would call the t/a and get an update on that . But if they follow in the footsteps of others , the pattern here lately is .03 to .05 with an A/S they carry.

We have had no product sales through September 30, 2013 though we have received $ 10,516,667 in up-front and milestone license fees from inception through December 31, 2013. Our losses from operations have been funded primarily with the proceeds of equity and debt financing's and fees due under license agreements. $90 million to date in losses
