WildcatDriller recently posted that the current O/S is 206 million, which is about the same as it was well before the trading halt. I have no idea whether or not there are plans to expand it going forward. I think that insiders are holding 10 million shares of preferred. I also have no idea as to what kind of conversion to common is possible there.
Not really concerned about the share structure at this point, as I have reason to believe that the company will treat current shareholders very fairly. Would like to see us relisted sooner rather than later but, IMO, the longer it takes, the more wells will be drilled and producing, the more earnings there will be, which means a higher and higher pps.
