Nice rebuttal, however to correct a couple of things, this new rule affects only the OTCQB, not the entire OTC. All it means is that it would be downgraded to the next tier below, the OTC Pink Sheets if any stock does not go above .01¢.
Moreover, it is affective by the end of each companies fiscal year plus 120 days. BMSN's fiscal year end is September 30th. This deadline of May 1 doesn't affect BMSN at all.
Even if it did, it would just go down 1 tier, not be completely removed from the market. This is a non issue and everyone is making a big deal of it for nothing in my opinion.
