Nation Oil and Gas is currently working on acquiring several key assets for the company and is in final negotiations for those contracts

The company will acquire key Oil and Gas leases and valuable land assets with Oil and Gas deposits

Nations Oil and Gas is also working on acquiring a major Oil Refinery in the Uinta Basin to bolster its asset value.

The official name change to Bakken Energy Corp and symbol change looks to be completed by the end of this month as well.
