One of the suits I was asked to be a "class representative" and I spent three days giving my deposition. After seven years and the suit being certified it was eventually dismissed and we never heard from the attorneys again. Not even the "class representative" who had the responsibility to make decisions based in the good of the class. Amazing. Attorney's prey on the weak and they will gobble up any PHOT holders and spit them out.
Good luck with these sharks but I'd rather take the tax write off.
