this is a rollup strategy and adams took a load of stock for a reason.

the site i am referring to is easy to find in the regular course of doing one's DD.

it's worth a lot of money and would be a great fit in the company these debt holders are building. jmho.

WGAS/ADR owns no asset worth tens of millions of dollars.

We just had a 10K filing, which included subsequent events all the way to 4/14/2014.
