Divi was supposed to be .59 per 1,000 shares and they announced .24 per 1,000... that is probably cause they thought they continue to sell shares way above .10 and still be above .10 at this time... but since down in the .05zzz ... they needed to adjust it downward... and wow the PPS also has tanked since they put that out as well, basically makes the divi's worthless anyways, even for the people with 10's of millions of shares wink ... Revenues from selling shares wink lol
