You know, over the years one of the perverse pleasures I got as a long-time investor in IDCC was the count-down of days for various legal-case decisions that were monitored and reported on this board. As the countdown of days for any decision for a particular legal case neared zero I enjoyed the speculation on the board as to whether a settlement would occur or would the foe of IDCC risk being burned to death in a gasoline-soaked paper suit.

For me to endure these unending delays (did I mention unending delays?) I must be a perverse, vicarious arsonist at heart. And please, don't anyone call the Fire Department.

(Humor aside, thanks My3Sons for the latest information concerning the delay to the ITC 337-868 case. May Nokia burn, Baby burn!).
