Yes and no...."Dumping 100 Billion" is possible because it's what the A/S is, but Andy can only sell $5M of Reg 1-A's during this fiscal year.....thus he CAN dump 50 Billion no problem. I think that is PLENTY! As for facts, I have not seen one post of factual information posted by this member!
